Account Executive/Sales Representative

We are on the lookout for additional Sales Representatives to join our growing team at Bidvest Soho.  Based in Kempton Park, successful applicants will be required to generate new business and be part of a dynamic team of Print and Branding professionals.

Key areas of responsibility for this position will include:

  • Establishing and developing strategic relationships with existing customers and new customers
  • Market research and identification of potential customers and growth opportunities
  • Setting strategic sales plans and objectives l cold-calling
  • Compiling and delivering business presentations
  • Handling quoting and related administrative processes
  • Reporting on initiatives and performance
  • Liaising with customers and the manufacturing management team.

To be considered for the position you should meet at least the following essential criteria:

  • A post-Matric/Grade12 Qualification in Sales, Marketing or Business Management, coupled with considerable experience sales and key account management
  • Proven success in achieving excellent sales results in a wide format digital printing environment or closely related field
  • A good understanding of related manufacturing processes and inter-related aspects
  • A high level of numeracy and literacy
  • High level of computer literacy
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Excellent coordination, delegation, and administrative abilities
  • A strong customer service orientation
  • Good conflict-handling and negotiation skills
  • Willingness to travel in the Gauteng region on a regular basis and occasionally travel nationally
  • A valid driver’s license
  • Superior interpersonal and communication skills
